This week’s fall flavors for delivery and Cooperstown Saturday Market: roasted local chicken ggplant and cauliflower with tomato capers dill and tahini drizzle, rosemary roasted half chicken with fennel roasted potatoes, summer veg and creamy Dijonaise sauce, and Sourdough loaves (ready for the oven). Also, not shown, Boullabaisse, chocolate bombe and gratin campagnard with sausage and Parmesan.
