“Viento is a call to the wind, to the gentle or strong breeze of change. This song came to me over the winter in Mexico in the first moments of morning light. I felt the warm wind off the ocean, subtle but strong, and felt it as if it lifted off of me anything I was carrying. It took the stress, the pain, the ache of travel. I felt it wash deeper into my heart, carrying away the stories of the past and their imprint. I wrote this song in Spanish as I sat in Mexico and thanked the warm wind of this place for its healing presence. I asked it to come into my heart and cleanse, let go, release. This song is a moment captured in sound, a celebration of change and letting go. Nature is always there teaching us how to do it with grace and ease.” - Ajeet

Founded in Haiti after the devastating earthquake in 2010, Love Orphanage exists to directly improve the lives of children from the most impoverished conditions in Haiti.  The goal is not to adopt them out; the goal is to LOVE and give every child a chance to thrive.
