The Tanglewood Music Center Fellowship Program is the Boston Symphony Orchestra's summer academy for advanced musical study. The TMC offers an intensive schedule of study and performance for emerging professional instrumentalists, singers, conductors, and composers who have completed most of their formal study.

Congratulations to our 2025 Conducting Fellows Leonard Weiss Leonard Weiss and Yiran Zhao Yiran Zhao for a GLORIOUS Boston Symphony debut on Friday afternoon! We are so proud of their elegant presentations of Smetana’s “Vyšehrad” and “Vltava” from Má Vlast, programmed with the spectacular Sibelius Symphony No. 1 led by Andris Nelsons.
