After a long, busy day filled with parties here at the venue, when the fun has ended & the guests have left, I sit in the silence of an empty space and thank God for giving me a job that I love. A job where I get to experience people’s most joyous occasions right alongside them.

I don’t know what I did to deserve this, but I am forever thankful for it. Thank you, Lord, and each and every one of you who walk through those doors who make this possible. Thank you to my friends and family for constantly supporting and encouraging this endeavor, & a special thanks to my husband who I couldn’t do this without. If I am able to bring you all even half the joy you bring me, I can turn those lights off each day knowing I’ve succeeded in creating the space I’ve prayed for it to be 🩷

🎉🩷 We are BEYOND thrilled to announce that we have been named the winner of the 2026 Best Event Venue in Loudon County by the News-Herald 🎉🥹

This time last year we were in the process of discussing & finalizing purchasing this business. I sent up, at least, 1000 prayers that the tug in my heart to do this wasn’t my own but God’s clear answer to the question of “is this the right decision?” I had asked over and over (and over) to him probably much more than 1000 times. I prayed that this opportunity was part of his plan for us, that we would be able to pour his light and additional growth into our precious community and Downtown Lenoir City, & that we would always surpass every single client’s expectations and make their special occasions that they chose to celebrate with us even more special than they ever imagined. This award, to me, is a little “Godwink” that the tug in my heart wasn’t just my own wants at all 🩷

THANK YOU to every single person who took the time to vote for us and to every single person who has entrusted us to host some of their most precious special occasions over the past, almost, 11 months. We will never be able to put into words what your love and support means, and we pray that we can continue to serve this community well for years to come. GUYS! 🥹 You nominated us for Loudon County’s Best Event Venue! What?! 🩷

We have yet to even complete year 1 in business, & this is just one of the most unexpected, wonderful surprises for two people who truly pour their hearts & souls into this place!

Owning The Brickyard has been one of the most exciting, beautiful, FUN, educational, &, sometimes stressful, experiences we have ever had! We are so thankful every single day, even the stressful ones, that this is our’s & that I get to spend my days helping to plan & manage people’s most special celebrations! We will never be able to thank God enough for this opportunity & pray that we are able to pour his light & love into this community and our client’s experiences with us always.

For the very bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU for the nomination! We cannot tell you how much that alone means to us. We had the absolute honor of hosting Graphic Creations, Inc.’s Coffee and Commerce event for The Loudon County Chamber of Commerce this morning and what a wonderful time it was! Great food, great people, & great fellowship! We are so thankful to be a part of this community 🩷

Thank you so much to all who attended and a very special thank you to Dan & Haley with Graphic Creations, Inc. for choosing our venue for your event & especially for being such a pleasure to work with!
