Quarryman Challenge 5K and 10-Mile The Quarryman Challenge 10 Mile and 5K road race offers elite athletes, age group competitors & fitness runners a different, challenging & scenic route.

The Mission of the Lemont Park District is to enhance the quality of individual experiences by providing safe, accessible and premium facilities, parks and programs to the community while being fiscally and environmentally responsible. The Lemont Park District strives to be collaborative, proactive and progressive in serving our community. Lemont Park District social media pages are to present mat

ters of public interest concerning the Lemont Park District’s programs, activities, events, news and photos. Lemont Park District social media pages are not monitored 24 hours a day/7 days per week. Lemont Park District Social Media Rules and Guidelines
The Lemont Park District reserves the right to remove any content it deems inappropriate including but not limited to:
• content that harasses, abuses, threatens, or defamatory statements;
• posts that contain profanity, are offensive or in any way violate the rights of others, including masked words (***), acronyms and abbreviations;

• copyright and trademark infringement;
• content that is fraudulent, repetitive, false or misleading;
• information relating to political campaigns or candidates or ballot measures;
• an invasion of an individual’s right to privacy;
• content and/or responses to original posts that are not germane to the topic at hand;
• and content that violates any Park District, local, state or federal law and/or the social media platform’s rules/guidelines. What a picture perfect Quarryman Race! Thank you to our race organizers, staff, and everyone who made it an amazing experience to be a part of.

This wouldn't be possible without the Village of Lemont, Lemont Emergency Management Agency, Lemont Fire Protection District, Lemont Police Department, and other mutual aid partners.

Our amazing volunteers throughout the community! Lemont Junior Woman's Club, LHS Leos, Keepataw Day Outreach Committee, Pull Up Pubs, and all the Park District friends and families wearing those orange shirts who helped our runners along the way.

Quarryman Challenge pre-race day packet pick-up has passed but, Lemont Park District Staff will be in the parking lot of Village Hall bright and early on Saturday morning (6 AM- 7 AM), with your packets, registration (if you're still on the fence, come on in, the weather looks perfect), and "coat" check if you need it!

We are less than 48 hours from the start line! Can't wait to see you there!
