Big News! The MLK Diversity-Engagement Foundation is participating in the African American Community Alliance's (AACA) MATCH DOUBLE - June Giving Days. This means any donation made at the link at the bottom of the email between now and June 18 will be doubled!

Funds raised during the AACA Double Match will go to our College Tour and Experience program, College Scholarships, and Community Service Programs. The College Tour and Experience program exposes 100 Loudoun County high school students to a college experience for the first time- it's is open to all high school students and tuition grants are available for students from low-income families. Tomorrow’s MLK March and Celebration is on! We encourage participants who are vulnerable to cold weather to commemorate MLK Day indoors at the Douglass School from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. If you plan to attend the March please dress for the weather and plan to arrive at the Loudoun County Courthouse at 10:15 a.m. (to minimize time spent outside.)

Persons attending the March, please use your discretion and safety. The 34th MLK Annual Celebration at Douglass Community Center has indoor 9am morning programs and an 11am Main program.
