SUNDAY DEC 14- Leesburg Luminaria Update

The Luminaria IS STILL happening, and we’re looking forward to a special evening together as a community. The evening events will run from 5:30-7:00pm.

Luminaria Bags & Candles
We encourage everyone in town to please place your luminaria bags with lighted candles outside your homes to help light up Leesburg. And to turn on your Christmas lights and decorations on your home.

• Batter Up Bakery
• Leesburg Dairy Barn
• Saucy Sister's Pizzeria
Will all be hosting their open house as planned.

Leesburg Firehouse Activities
Many of the other planned activities have been moved to the Leesburg Firehouse, making it the gathering spot to kick off the evening before heading out to see the lights and the open houses downtown.

• 5:30 PM – Crowning of the Luminaria Royalty & reading the winning essays
• Enjoy beef & noodles, soup, supper, visits with Santa and the Grinch, roast marshmallows to make S'mores and other activities for all kids!

Thank you for helping make this a meaningful night for our town in spite of the snow and cold. We can’t wait to see Leesburg glowing!

Are you ready?
Thanksgiving is almost here, but we’re also just a few short weeks away from one of Leesburg’s most cherished traditions—Leesburg Luminaria.

As the holiday season begins to unfold, we’ll soon be lighting up the village with soft, glowing luminaria bags, peaceful streets, and that unmistakable small-town charm we all love.

It’s not time just yet…but it's coming soon!

Throwback Thursday to Jeepin' in the Burg 2025 at the Leesburg Festival!

This year’s Leesburg Festival brought our biggest Jeep turnout yet. The parade route was packed as the Jeeps rolled through town—tops off, flags flying, engines rumbling—and the momentum carried straight into the event. Every Jeep had its own personality, and together they made an unforgettable lineup.

Thank you to every driver, every volunteer, and every person who came to cheer from the sidewalks. Leesburg Festival keeps growing because of you.
