Smoke on the Shores BBQ Championship Smoke on the Shores is a KCBS sanctioned, state championship BBQ competition Smoke on the Shores BBQ Championship host professional & backyard BBQ competition.

Teams from across the U.S. Teams compete for prize money, points towards KCBS Team of Year, a draw for the Jack Daniels World Invitational, a spot at the American Royal World Championships, and the KCBS World Invitational. Sanctioned by the Kansas City Barbecue Society (KCBS).
