From all of us at the Haymarket Event Center, Happy New Year!!!!! 🎉🥳🎊🥂

We have loved continuing to support the community as an event space, and getting to know all of you, and we even tried some new things this year!

We are so excited for 2026! We know it's January, but need to mention, the entire weekend of graduation is already booked. There are only 3 more available weekends in May. Do not wait, as we are already filling up. As always, there will be a wait list in the event of a cancelation, so if you need a date that is not available on our website, give us a call at (913) 204-0115.

We are thankful for each and every person we have had the pleasure of hosting in 2025, and look forward to seeing them in 2026. We couldn't do this without you!

Veterans Day means a lot to us here at Haymarket Event Center! We’re proud to be a veteran-owned business built on the same values that define our military community: honor, integrity, and service.

The Haymarket Event Center wanted to take the time to highlight and thank Leavenworth Main Street for assisting us. We are not a retail business, so bringing people through our doors is difficult if they aren't attending an event at, or reserving, our space. This year, for the first time, we participated in Leavenworth Main Street's Safe Downtown Trick or Treat They graciously allowed us do to the pumpkin drawing contest that they usually host, which slowed people down, and made them spend time in our building. I even saw a guy making his way around to see all our pictures we have hanging. There's a lot of history in there! We had 115 pumpkins to post, plus 9 pumpkins designed by adults. I would say 40% of people visiting didn't draw pumpkins. I would estimate our total foot traffic of adults and children, around 400, but I was not counting, it could be more. We had the opportunity to answer questions, give out flyers, and soooo much candy!!

Now let's talk Facebook in the last 28 days. Our views are at 50k. Almost 4k people engaged with our page and we gained 40 new followers. We also made a kid's day special and that's priceless. Interacting with everyone was such a fun experience and we hope you guys had fun too!

We have pending reservations into February of next year, and are hopeful that the momentum only gets better.

Samantha provided guidance on the flyers, and answered my one million questions, because we wanted this to be successful, and she cared as much as we did.

All in all, we look forward to other opportunities with Leavenworth Main Street and without our membership, this would not have been possible. They have a lot of options, even for us non retail folks, and all it takes is your involvement. They will definitely meet you halfway!
