Who is ready for some fun tomorrow, Oct. 28?! Meet us at the LeClaire Civic Center, 127 S. Cody Road, for judging and TONS of fun, and then head up the street to go Trick or Treating! 10:30am-12:30pm. NO formal parade means NO waiting around - just a fun time with family and friends! 🎃
