Planning our trip out west to attend the Rose Show. A lot of strategic planning went into how many hours to drive each day, where to stay overnight and include free WiFi, free parking, free breakfast AND a bed. 😅

A fun little sneak peek for all our vendors. We just received some of our vendors gifts. I ordered these in October with only enough to cover POTENTIAL vendors. Which was more than we ended up with in the end. Therefore I have a very small number of these that will be added to the website TODAY for the guests who might like one.
These are custom made metal tumblers with a clear plastic straw. They hold 30oz of liquid. They will be $45 a tumbler for anyone who would care to have one of the few remainders that have not been set aside for vendors.
Each vendor with a full price booth or table will get one of these tumblers (per every full price booth or table they have purchased)
They will not be included with the tables that were sold discounted.
It’s hard to see just how pretty these are in the images. They shimmer and sparkle and are gorgeous.

**ATTENTION**
So I have seen that people are getting emails from the Utah state tax commission regarding sales tax for the show.
As a show WE HAVE NOT GIVEN THE VENUE OR ANYONE the vendors information. In years past there has been a woman who comes to the show and hands out blank forms to the vendors while they are setting up booths and tables.
I do not know how they got your information other then seeing your names on the website on the vendor lists and seeing you participate in Facebook in the group.
I myself did not get the email in question so I do not know what information they are asking for. But please do not give out your personal information or click on any links.
If you have filled it out please watch your accounts for security breeches. And do not pay anything to them.

Happy Sunday everyone! Just a few little reminder today! If you are entering the contests, you must sign up for a time slot to check in your contest baby, one time slot per contest entry. The link to sign up is on the contests tab, highlighted in blue. https://rosedollexpo.com/pages/contests
Your contest baby cannot be shown publicly until after the contests have ended on Friday night, May 31st. If your contest baby is shown publicly beforehand, you will be disqualified from the contest.

On another note, we are currently accepting any donations to be given away at the evening events! All donors will be entered into a separate drawing for some fun ROSE show merch!

You can also drop donations at the front desk during show check-in on Thursday May 30th.

We recently had to rearrange the show floor to make room for the contest babies to be on the show floor, so several people had to be shuffled around. We tried to keep everyone as close as possible to their original spots. All vendor tables are 6 feet by 2 feet. In previous years at this venue, the tables were 6 feet by 2.5 feet, but the venue got all new tables and we weren't aware of this. On vendor contracts, it states the table sizes are the bigger 6ftx2.5ft, as the contracts are recycled from the last time it was at the Davis Conference Center. We apologize for this mistake, and at this point we cannot send out new contracts to all of our vendors. So please note that the tables are 6 feet by 2 feet.

And lastly, we just found out that an Artificial Intelligence Facebook admin has been blocking everyone's posts for no reason, even our own posts. We weren't aware that our posts weren't going through until just a couple days ago, so we apologize for the unusual silence on this page! Please keep posting favorite memories from previous ROSE shows, and everything you're looking forward to! Vendors, we'd love to see what you're working on for the show!

My memory for today is the picture below, before the very first ROSE show in 2014 in Raleigh, NC. It was my (Anna) first time on an airplane, and I was so excited to be at the show with my family! Now ten years later, we're fast approaching the 10th Anniversary show!

We’ve been working on the floor maps getting the show maps close to finalized. We have 17 open tables and 4 open booths still available.
If you are an existing vendor and need more space please message us and we’ll hook you up with a second table at a discounted price so we can fill them up.
This may mean you need to move your current table to gain access to a second table if one isn’t by you.

This also means we had to bump some people around to make room for the contest tables joining the show floor and the photo booths being put in place.

Again. Please contact us if you would like a second discounted table for your show merchandise.

Also… we are nearly sold out on baby showers tickets. If you would like to come play with us please make sure to secure your tickets! 🎟️

Just a reminder that we are coming down to the last month being able to order your show tickets? Passes and souvenirs ahead of time. We have to finalize event numbers with the hotel by May 10 for all evening events.
Including the baby shower
The awards banquet
And the birthday bash.
We cannot sell any added tickets to these events past that day. As it is we are nearing the tail end of available tickets for each of these events.
We will be closing down preorders on show souvenirs on April 20 so we can get them back in time for the show. We will not be ordering tons of extras so if you do not order ahead there is no guarantee that you will get the souvenir of your choosing.

Also please note that ROSE is a separate entity from our teachers. Teachers rent the space from rose to host their own classes and are responsible for collecting fund and communication with their students.

We are coming down to the last 2 months and we are excited to see everyone for the birthday bash.

Happy Friday to all you lovelies! We now have an address to start accepting donation giveaways for the different drawings that will take place at the show. All the donations help to make the show so wonderful. Any donation is appreciated, as long as it’s in good condition. In the past we’ve had donations of baby clothes, blank kits, reborning supplies, finished reborns, blankets, and other fun baby accessories! The donations will be given away on the show floor, at the baby shower, the awards banquet, and the birthday bash! We can’t wait to see you all in just a couple short months! Starting May 1st, we will have a different address for vendors to be able to start sending their show merchandise to.
