Eerie Con featuring Women of the Paranormal Established in 2018, Women of the Paranormal Celebration is the first of its kind to celebrate women from ALL fields of the paranormal

Founded in 2018, the Women of the Paranormal Celebration is the first of its kind to celebration women from ALL fields of the paranormal, not just ghost hunting. The conference is open to everyone -- men, women, children, LGBTQ+, anyone who is interested in joining us -- our goal is to have a SAFE non-judgmental space for you to be able to share your experiences and ask questions without being moc

ked, belittled, and ridiculed. The investigations are open for everyone as well, as long as you're 18 years of age. We also collect and donate non-perishable items to local DV and SA shelters in the area we hold the conference in. During the conference, we also hold a raffle and silent auction with all money going to the shelter as well. This years event will be held at the Old Historic Harriman Hospital and Temperance Hall, just across the street on March 23rd and 24th. The investigation locations for this year is Brushy Mountain State Penitentiary on Saturday and Old Historic Harriman Hospital on Sunday.

If you're at Pennhurst Asylum next weekend, stop by and say "hello" to Beckie and I at the Eerie Events table inside the Devon Building.

We'll have raffles for VIP Packages to Eerie Con on August 23rd and for Holiday Spirits: A Paranormal & Craft Bazaar on Novemer 8th PLUS raffles to our other investigations this year. Beckie will have items for sale and we'll have personalized t-shirts available and those that can be printed on site.

Women’s Para-Retreat Weekend

2020 Event: The locations are the West Virginia State Penitentiary, the Bellaire House, and the Sandford School, which houses the Archives of the Afterlife Museum.

Team Leads: Each year we will have our core group of Team Leads and we will also feature 1-3 teams in the state we are investigating in

Vendors and Speakers: Each year we will be bringing in women in the paranormal field, not just from ghost hunting, but all aspects of the paranormal. Everyone and all ages are welcome to attend the conference

Goal: To bring those interested in the paranormal together to learn from one another and to get to know other female investigators in the field--this does not just mean ghost hunting, but ALL aspects of the paranormal--cryptids, UFOs, etc. Everyone is an equal at this event and those that are attending and leading should should show professionalism and respect for everyone there, including the responsible party.
