Dom Flemons 🪕 — your 2026 FidPick featured artist!

Solo artist and founding member of the Grammy award-winning Carolina Chocolate Drops, Dom is a multi-instrumentalist American Songster — and foremost, a banjo player.

His body of work showcases the diverse history of American acoustic roots music, and has helped to resurrect the African influence and presence in it.

Our annual FidPick event is free to attend, but it's not free to produce! As a nonprofit organization, the ticket sales for Spring Thing on May 16 will help us fund FidPick in South Park on August 23 this year, in addition to supporting the touring musicians playing at these fun events!

Get ready for Colorado bluegrass band Jake Leg, featuring support from Kansas City’s own Whiskey Mash Band (2023 Kansas State String Band champions). AND we’ll be announcing the FidPick #45 featured artist at the event!
