The question has come up about children/teens running the EEC and the answer is easy: the Eagle Endurance Challenge is recommended for ages 15 and up, however children as young as 9 have walked the course with family supervision. All obstacles are optional and most can be completed by young children with a little help. And if the kids get tired, they can always get a ride back to base.
