Coordination isn’t the same as collaboration.

When planning, design, florals, rentals, and draping are handled by one team, every decision supports the next. There are no gaps, no assumptions made in isolation, and no last-minute adjustments on the day.

At Tre Belle Events, we begin by understanding your vision and the full scope of your event. Then we assess the venue. The layout, the light, the architectural conditions that will shape every design decision that follows. From there, planning and design are developed together.

Florals are selected in relation to the rentals. Draping is considered alongside the lighting. Every element is built as part of a single cohesive environment.

This is what separates coordination from true collaboration. When one team holds the full picture from the beginning, nothing falls between the cracks. Every decision is intentional. 📍 Hybrid (Onsite in DMV + Remote/Travel)

ARE YOU THE ONE?
The Artist: You have a strong eye for color and composition, with specific experience in “whimsical” event installations.

The Educator: You love people! You’re comfortable leading hands-on workshops and teaching floral techniques.

The Professional: You have 1+ year of event design/leadership experience and a “team player” heart.
🛠️ The Specialist: You’re a master of floral care, inventory, and “recipes.”

REQUIREMENTS:
✅ High attention to detail & ability to thrive under event-day pressure.
✅ Physical ability to lift 25+ lbs & stand for 8+ hours.
✅ Reliable transportation (75% travel to venues/vendors).
✅ Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a major plus!
