The Game Changers is an employability development program for youth ages 14-21. Sponsored by the Community Foundation of Broward and The Dennis Project, Inc. 25 youth are planning, organizing, and facilitating it's 1st Youth Career Expo. Featured Careers include: Public Safety, Medicine, Cosmetology, Education, STEM and many more. Young men and women ages of 13-21 are invited to join this FREE eve

nt to learn more about the prerequisite skills required to get a job in various fields. Join Us for a day of:

Mock Interview Sessions
Resume Writing
Informational sessions from a variety of careers! Students will gain:

Employability Skills
Life Skills
A broader outlook on career choices

Volunteers Needed 🧐

If you have some free time, or know someone that wants to get started on their community service hours, or trying to gain some experience to add to a resume, this is a great opportunity to give back with The Dennis Project, Inc.

Our next program will start in mid-October on Saturdays, afterschool, and out-of-school times. You don't have to make a long-term commitment, but consistent volunteering like this can easily turn into a paid internship later.

The Dennis Project, Inc. and the young entrepreneurs at Due Fitness And Health are super excited about our Teen Business Bootcamp!

Teens at the City of Lauderdale Lakes, parks and rec will engage in a 6-week entrepreneurship series to learn: Business Fundamentals, The Need & Your Customer, Marketing & Branding, and Business Budgeting. Then they'll learn how to effectively pitch their product and present them to a panel of successful young entrepreneurs.

Thanks to Ms. Udora Pope and the City of Lauderdale Lakes, Florida for over 10 years of continued support empowering our youth in STEM and teen development programming.
