Join Mindfulness and Mental Health for a special end-of-the-semester Zoom yoga series. The yogis have known it for centuries; yoga helps the body and mind cope with stress. Join Serafina as she leads you through breathwork, movement and mindfulness practices that will help your body relax and your mind cope with stress in a healthy way. Feel free to join from wherever you are and take some time to step back from the stress and anxiety of the end of the semester. Faculty and staff are also welcome to join!
