🥎 2026 NCS LAS VEGAS WORLDS / WORLD SERIES
TEAM & COACH TO-DO LIST — DON’T WAIT UNTIL DECEMBER!
Vegas will be here before you know it! If your team is planning to play in the 2026 NCS Las Vegas Worlds / World Series, December 3–7, start getting everything handled NOW.
☐ 1. GET TO THE WEBSITE & READ THE INFORMATION
Go to LasVegasWorlds.com and review the event information, dates, divisions, rules, rankings, roster requirements and policies.
Please don't wait until you get to Vegas to find out you misunderstood a rule or requirement.
☐ 2. NOT ENTERED YET? ENTER NOW!
If you're planning to play but haven't entered yet, GET ENTERED!
Space is limited this year, and some divisions will fill fast we are on record pace this year so far!.
Don't assume you're in until your team is actually registered and your spot is secured, roster is legit etc..
☐ 3. CHECK YOUR DIVISION & TEAM RATING
Make sure you entered the correct division and that your team is legal for that division.
Review your players, rankings and roster makeup now.
If you're unsure where your team belongs, contact NCS ASAP before Worlds — not after you arrive in Las Vegas.
☐ 4. START BUILDING YOUR ONLINE ROSTER NOW
If you don't have your roster online yet, start adding players NOW.
Even if you aren't 100% sure of your final roster, add as many of the players as you know are coming. Also remove players that are no longer on your team!
NCS will be reviewing rosters this year to make sure teams are properly classified and legal for their division.
Don't wait until the last minute to give us your roster.
☐ 5. MAKE SURE YOUR PLAYERS ACCEPT THEIR ROSTER INVITES
Adding a player isn't the final step.
Players need to accept their NCS roster invitation to be officially rostered.
Make sure each player's legal first and last name and correct email address are entered.
☐ 6. SEE SOMETHING? SAY SOMETHING — EARLY!
Coaches, if you see another team that appears out of classification, loaded up or potentially sandbagging, don't wait until Worlds and spend money filing a protest.

Give us the team name, division and your concern. We'd much rather address potential problems before everyone gets to Las Vegas.
☐ 7. GET YOUR TRAVEL PLANS HANDLED
Don't wait until the last minute for:
Flights • Hotels • Rental Cars • Time Off Work • Player Travel
Make sure your players know which days their division plays before booking travel.
