HOTELS
Flamingo, LINQ and Horseshoe are all sold out at the group rate. Athletes can still book via our website for the standard rate and get free parking.
It's possible we'll have cancellations, so rooms may unexpectedly show up at the group rate but we don't expect many.
HOTEL BAR/BIRD BAR
Unfortunately Bird Bar at Flamingo will be closing January 5th. We know this spot was popular with SCC athletes and offered wristband specials.
To replace it, we'll be marketing the Garden Bar next to Carlos n Charlies and near the Habitat elevators as the official hotel bar of the Sin City Classic.
They'll be offering the same specials to athletes and the bar space will be clearly branded as Sin City Classic's hangout.
EVENTS UPDATE
Our event's schedule is live for 2024! You'll see many familiar events like the Registration Party on Friday at Flamingo and the Closing Party returning to Brooklyn Bowl. More details on our events page, but here is what's new for this year:
The Friday and Saturday night parties will be co-hosted by Piranha and their sister venue Gipsy. It's a lavish lounge space located directly across the street from Piranha. Sin City Classic wristbands will get you in both spots. Gipsy will have food available from their bar menu or sushi bar! Shuttle buses will again offer transportation from the Flamingo. Wristband required.
Our Thursday party is moving to another brand new LGBTQ+ space. Queen is a hip lounge and club space that opened recently on the north end of the Strip. They are excited to welcome Sin City athletes as part of their opening festivities.
For the first time we're organizing a Sunday Funday party hosted by The Garden. Any athletes who are done competing will have an official spot to have drinks and mingle before the Sunday Closing Party. More details to come.
Sin City Classic is hosting a space for our sober athletes this year. We'll have an information booth at the Friday Registration Party with resources, as well as meetings on Saturday and Sunday at the Hotel.
WRISTBAND UPDATE
Our goal is to ensure athletes and their guests are the ones getting the Sin City Classic wristbands and getting access to the parties. We are planning on announcing our headline talent in just a few days. It's imperative that any non-athletes attendees who need wristbands, purchase them from https://www.sincityclassic.org/events as soon as possible.
VIP Wristbands are already sold out. GA wristbands are more than halfway gone.
Reminder that wristbands will not be removable this year, to minimize any swapping to non-participants.

The Sin City Classic is a multi-day LGBTQ sports festival hosted annually by The Greater Los Angeles Softball Association (GLASA) in Las Vegas during the four days prior to the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday.
