Two members of our business development team just got back from the EDPA golf event in Las Vegas — and we have a few questions about their scorecards. 🤨⛳

Jokes aside, events like this are where the real magic happens. Between swings (and the occasional lost ball), our team spent the day connecting with fellow EDPA members and industry professionals, building the kinds of relationships that go way beyond a business card exchange.

The event industry is built on trust, and trust is built on moments like these — good company, a round of golf, and a whole lot of laughs.

Thank you EDPA for another great gathering. Our team already can't wait for the next one. 🙌✨

(The golf games, however, still need some work. We're investing in lessons.)

What does it take to pull off a major tradeshow in a city that's not your own?

Our Nashville branch packed up and headed to Orlando to serve as the general contractor for RBMA — and we wouldn't have it any other way.

From the moment we hit the floor, our team was focused on every detail:

🗺️ Complete tradeshow floor setup
✅ Entrance units to welcome every attendee
📋 Registration desks built for smooth check-in
✨ Ambiance displays placed throughout the hotel to create an elevated atmosphere

It's one thing to pull off an event in your backyard. It's another to travel, set up, deliver, and tear it all down — flawlessly. Our Nashville team did exactly that.

Happy May the 4th! 🚀✨

In honor of Star Wars Day, we got to thinking… tradeshows and Star Wars have a LOT in common.

Hear us out:

🌌 The show floor is basically a galaxy — vast, chaotic, and full of people trying to find their booth.
😤 Load-in day has serious Dark Side energy. Early call times, heavy freight, and at least one forklift situation nobody planned for.
🤖 That one AV guy who fixes everything at the last minute? Definitely R2-D2.
🧘 Your LVE team who stay cool through every crisis? Pure Yoda.
🏆 And when everything comes together perfectly on opening day? That's the Rebellion winning the whole thing.

We may not travel by hyperdrive, but we will move mountains (and tradeshow floors) to make your event a success.

Ever wonder what goes into pulling off a major Taekwondo tournament?

We were honored to work alongside the American Taekwondo Association as their general contractor — and it all starts long before the opening ceremony.

Our team showed up early to:
🥋Set up all competition mats
📋 Build out registration desks for participants
🪧 Install signage throughout the venue
🛍️ Create a dedicated vendor display area
✅ Set up entrance units for a polished, welcoming arrival experience

Seeing competitors arrive, families cheer, and vendors connect with their community — that's why we put in the work. Every detail matters, and we're proud to be the team that makes it all come together.

Our Nashville branch had the pleasure of designing, fabricating, and installing a custom Easter display for a fantastic local client this season, and we couldn't be prouder of how it turned out. Rise National 2026 in Orlando is a wrap—and what a show.
We had the opportunity to serve as the general contractor, managing the show floor and building custom booths for some incredible clients. Seeing those spaces come to life (and packed with people) is always the best part.
