At 2026, the AVIXA Foundation awarded the Brad Sousa Impact Fund to The Loop Lab and Highmark Mann Center for the Performing Arts, supporting workforce development programs with hands-on pro AV training.

The Loop Lab will use the grant to strengthen pro AV training pathways for underrepresented young adults in the Greater Boston area, and Highmark Mann Center for the Performing Arts will use the grant to support its Music Industry Pre-Apprenticeship Program.
