Here is a park promo video for an overview if you haven't been yet. After the bike ride, triathletes race through the northwest gates to the lazy river for a "downriver" swim. Race finish and expo is between the lazy river and the Desert Racers (rainbow) & Canyon Cliffs (steep) slide tower.
