Asian Culture Day

Asian Culture Day Nevada is the first state in the union to have Asian Culture Day for all to Unite, Share and Celebrate!

Culture is often defined as groups of people: their beliefs, values, and shared history. But when we look a little deeper, there’s so much more that represents this word. Culture can be a beautiful handcrafted Chinese headdress, a traditional performance by Himalayan dancers, or statues and wooden carvings made from trees native to a certain region. These are the small, beautiful, palpable things

that represent a people and a part of their history. We invite you to celebrate our culture and heritage with us.

Nevada’s First Official Asian Culture Day - May 18th, 2019

On May 17th, 2017, Nevada officially proclaimed every May 18th “Asian Culture Day.”

Join us for the 2nd Official Celebration and be a part of history.

The Asian Culture Day Celebration brings together diverse, authentic, living traditions from different countries around the world and connects them here in Las Vegas, Nevada. Our mission is to preserve and strengthen the culture of each country while presenting it to the public throughout the course of this event and give all the participants a chance to learn from one another and understand the cultural differences and similarities.
