HUGE WEEK of CHAMPIONSHIP wrestling kicks off this Saturday, April 4th in Clifton, TX. I put my Central Texas Championship on the line against a deserving and hungry #1 contender.

Nonetheless…

A week later, in Texas City, April 11th, I rectify what occurred just a couple months prior when Max Castellanos and his harlot singed my eye socket with a lit cigar. It won’t happen again. I take your pride, I take your manhood and I take your championship…



I’ve BEEN the gold standard since I DEBUTED against Will Allday going 15 minutes in the MAIN EVENT of Reality of Wrestling for the Texas Championship. My FIRST MATCH EVER.

Just 5 & 1/2 years later, more championship reigns than years collectively in the business, more title matches than non, more main events than non, more money in my pocket than 3/4 of the Texas independent scene, vs the biggest names, in the biggest organizations this industry has to offer, yet… Not ONE single try-out. Not one.

All good. They’ll pay the pied piper soon enough. Soon enough.

Close but no cigar.

Finals started today for 8 hardworking individuals that are eyeing a 2-page spread and $20k prize however unfortunately, I’m not apart of that lot.

Many wouldn’t say this is a failure, maybe I do, maybe I don’t. Idk. All I know is that every opportunity that knocks, I seize with every morsel of gumption and desire it requires yet every single time, I come up just short. Always good, just never good enough.

Nonetheless, as the old saying goes, fall off the horse 8 times, get back on 9. So… we stand up, we dust ourselves off and we ride again. Another day, another chance to achieve.

You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take right? S/o to Michael Scott 😆 But on a serious note, I hope whoever gets the honor of being in such an illustrious magazine can utilize it to launch into something greater professionally. I pray that $20k can be somewhat life changing to who needs it most.

Onward and upward as a close friend and mentor says often. I can’t thank everybody who shared and donated enough. This run is a testament to y’all even more so than me. I wouldn’t have gotten anywhere near this far without y’all. Make sure y’all track what you spent and get that tax deduction!
