I HAVE BEEN training on regimen for at least 3 days a week and have developed healthy eating habits. As a result, I have cut my running time from 8 min mile to 6 1/2 min mile. Abide. SUCH AN EASY word to say. The word rolls off the tongue like melting wax from a candle stick or melting ice cream from its cone. Abide. Not Such an easy task, especially when the mind races like gerbil on its wheel or our daily tasks causes us to rush like a speeding freight train. Trying to adjust our lives to that word makes is like suddenly slamming the brakes, attempting to stop on the dime. [ 149 more words ]
