Yesterday we had the opportunity to share a meal with some of our outstanding volunteers! Thanks AGAVA for the eats and@violetbakestoomuch for the amazing cake!! We also started brainstorming for a bigger better event in 2022!!

Whew! Cayuga Lake Cup is food! Thanks to Agava and Parrilla Restaurant for supplying us with amazing eats!!! The Taco Bar was back and amazing as ever and our lu'au was off the hook! Extra thanks to Gregar for sending us those four platters of cookies! You were there....you know what I am talking about!

Could not have done it without amazing safety crew that started at 7am and finished at 3!!! Yes they did take part in the Agava/Parrilla Taco Bar!!!

We are extremely fortunate to be serving Salt Point Brewing Co.'s liquid refreshment at our event this year! They have brews for every palate, use locally sourced ingredients and are frequently rotating their offerings at the brewery!! Mahalo!!

ALERT!! April Zilg's amazing SUP Clinic has filled and there are only 4 spots left for the Outrigger Clinic!!! The OC1 clinic will be held from 1-3 and will focus on the paddler "who is interested in having fun while taking their paddling to the next level. Focus will be on biomechanics of the forward stroke, skills to maximize your efficiency, and strategies for race day. Clinic will also focus on muscle groups used during paddling and how to avoid injuries."
