Reminder to all that B.U.D.D.A.H. pick up game on Whidbey Island tomorrow (Sunday 10/12) starts at noon at the Langley Road Sports complex. Come and make new friends and play a bunch of great pick up style ultimate!

Well - Today, right at this moment we would be finishing up the 5th annual Buddah Frisbee extravaganza... but sigh, not this year because of a pesky dang virus! Next year - first Sunday of October! See you then and go out and get some exercise (he says mostly to himself)....
