Monday Bitez in Lancaster Every MONDAY NIGHT we bring the community together and gather with different food trucks, music and FUN! Our current season runs from June - October.

We are currently booked with the current rotation of food trucks. If you own a food truck, please send us an e-mail to receive the application and the list of required documents that must be sent in order to acquire the proper approval prior to being able to enter our food truck rotation. Due to the overwhelming requests, please allow up to 3 days in order to reply to your email. Currently and wit

h the effort to create variety in our lineup, we are booking Antelope Valley food trucks with priority and accept a few trucks from other areas that are licensed to operate in Los Angeles County.
