At Brave Jiu-Jitsu, Gray-White belts compete with Gray-White belts, while solid Gray belts compete with Gray-Black belts!

Why? Because fair belt matching means better competition, better matches, and a better experience for every young athlete!

Competition experience is one of the first filters we use when building brackets at BRAVE.

If a child has never competed at any Jiu-Jitsu event before, we match them with another first-time competitor.
