& made this Candy Cap (lactarius Rubidus) 🍄 Ice Cream with candy cap caramel swirled in and it might be our coolest flavor to date!!!! It smells of rich maple & burnt sugar. It’s intensely mushroomy but in the most approachable & enjoyable way!!! Y’all need to try this!!!
