Mental health touches every family, every friendship, and every community in ways we often don’t see until someone we love is hurting.

We’re honored to support the 2nd Annual Nicky’s Fight: Strike Out Mental Health event in memory of Nick Celia — a beloved part of the Kegel’s Produce family and the Lancaster community. Events like this remind us that showing up for one another matters, conversations matter, and continued support for organizations like Mental Health America of Lancaster-Lebanon Counties matters.

The Red Rose Film Festival is grateful to stand alongside so many local businesses, families, and advocates working to keep this conversation moving forward with compassion, honesty, and hope. ❤️

Really looking forward to being part of the Next Generation of Lancaster Roundtable on June 11 at Loxley’s.

Grateful to KJ Myers and the entire Next Gen team for continuing to create opportunities for people from different industries and backgrounds to sit down, connect, and talk about where our community is headed. Lancaster keeps growing because of people willing to support one another and invest in ideas bigger than themselves.

Honored to represent the Red Rose Film Festival in the conversation and excited to learn from everyone around the table.

Spent this morning representing the Red Rose Film Festival at the Creative Arts Summit hosted by the Ripple Hub and the Ware Center speaking with high school students about creative careers, filmmaking, storytelling, and what it means to pursue a life in the arts.

The best part wasn’t speaking. It was listening.

Hearing students ask honest questions about creativity, stability, fear, passion, and purpose is a reminder that the next generation of artists in Lancaster is already finding its voice.

Grateful to Alex and Tabby for creating space for these conversations and allowing us to be part of it.

The future of this community will be shaped by people willing to create something honest.

30 years of Zoetropolis 🎬

Three decades of film, art, music, and community—built together, one screening, one show, one moment at a time.

We’re celebrating with new membership packages, fresh programming, and a lineup that reflects everything we love about this space (and everything still to come). You’ll also hear directly from the people who’ve made it what it is—our community, through their stories and testimonials.

Get ready for what’s ahead and be part of what’s next.

🌹 With deep gratitude, we celebrate the 2025 Red Rose Award winners. 🌹

These honors are not about trophies—they’re about trust.
Trust in the story.
Trust in the process.
Trust in showing up with something honest.

Thank you for choosing courage over comfort.
For telling stories that linger long after the screen goes dark.
For reminding us why independent film matters—not just globally, but right here at home.

You carried this year’s festival forward.
We’re honored to carry your work with us.

Thanksgiving hits different this year.

After a season that brought nearly a thousand people into our festival weekend, the only word that lands is grateful.

Grateful for the filmmakers who trusted us with their stories.
Grateful for the Lancaster vendors and venues who opened their doors and backed us every step.
Grateful for the audience that showed up, filled the rooms, asked the questions, and reminded us why this matters.

This community is the heartbeat.
And we’re thankful for you—today and all year.

🌹 Happy Thanksgiving from the Red Rose Film Festival.
