Exhibitors Contract
Exhibitors for the 2012 October Fest & Family Fun Fest will be assigned booth space based on reserved booth size and reservation area. October Fest will be open by 9am on Sunday morning for you to set up your vendor booth & your area. , however, you must conclude your set up by 12:45,
which is 15 minutes prior to gates opening for the festival.
Your vendor fee must accompany your contract by Sept. 29, 2012.
No foul language items, alcohol beverages or nudity items are permitted on site! No Exceptions!
By submitting an application; retail vendors, trade show, trade exhibitors and any producers indicate TERMS OF THE EXHIBITORS CONTRACT and have been read and the contract is acceptable.

LIABILITY RELEASE: I understand that FAMILY FUN FEST, OCTOBER FEST, MLEC, THE ASHLY INN OR ANYONE ASSOCIATED WITH THE FACILITY OR COMMITTEE, our on their behalf will NOT be responsible for any loss, damage, or personal injury of any kind. I also understand that and legal responsibility is that of the exhibitor (seller). Consequently, I am responsible for filing my own sale taxes. I have read the accompanying contract and agree to comply with these provisions, as witnessed by my signature.

{} OCTOBER FEST VENDORS ARE EXPECTED TO PROVIDE THEIR OWN TENTS, CANOPIES, TABLES, CHAIRS AND DISPLAY BOARD. DO NOT AFFIX ANY MATERIALS TO FENCES, TREES OR UTILITY POLES. CANAOPIES MAY BE ANCHORED BY CINDOR BLOCKS OR SANDBAGS ONLY. IF USING GROUND STAKES PLEASE ORANGE FLAG THOSE TO KEEP OTHERS FROM FALLING OVER STAKES.
{} EXHIBITORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR TRANSPORTING ALL THEIR MATERIALS. THIS IS AN OUTDOOR EVENT, PLEASE BE PREPARED FOR INCLEMENT WEATHER. WE DO HAVE AN INDOOR ARENA WE ARE PERMITTED TO USE IN CASE OF RAIN WHICH MAY ALTER THE SIZE OF YOUR VENDING AREA. WE CAN NOT ACCOMMODATE ANY MOTOR HOMES, TAG-ALONG TRAILORS, AND OTHER LARGE VECHILES IN THE VENDOR AREA. THESE VECHILES ARE WELCOME, HOWEVER, ONLY IN ASSIGNED PARKING AREAS. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR BRINGING YOUR SUPPLIES TO AND FROM VENDING AREA AND ERECTING BOOTHS AT CONCLUSION OF EVENT. ASSISTANCE WILL NOT BE PROVIDED SO PLEASE COME PREPARED! LARGE MOTOR HOMES THAT NEED EXTRA ELECTRIC MAY BE CHARGED ADDITIONAL $25.00 FOR ELECTRICAL HOOK UP IF NEEDED MORE THAN WHAT IS PROVIDED.
{} YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR LITTER OR TRASH IN YOUR SURROUNDING AREA. PLEASE HELP KEEP GROUNDS AND FACILITY TRASH FREE!
{} ELECTRICAL BOOTHS ARE FIRST COME , FIRST SERVE BASIS!
{} NON-ALCHOLIC BEVERAGES ONLY ARE PERMITTED TO BE FOR SALE. ALL BEVERAGES SOLD MUST BE LABLED BY SIGNAGE AT YOUR VINDOR BOOTH OR PRE-PACKAGED DRINKS ONLY.
{} THIS IS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT. NO REFUNDS ARE ISSED TO EXHIBITORS FOR ANY REASON. SPACES ASSIGNED ARE DETERMINED BASED ON THE BEST INTERESTS OF THE EVENT. THIS CONTRACT NEITHER IMPLIES NOR GRANTS ANY PREFERENTIAL LOCATION AT MLEC, THE ASHLEY INN.
