Just a friendly reminder that registration is open for the GBP Winter Trail Series, the best winter trail race series in New Mexico, and the early bird discount ends November 30th at midnight! If you haven’t signed up yet, now’s the perfect time to jump in and save.
Whether you’re planning to run all three races in person or looking for more flexibility, we’ve got an option for you. Our non-competitive virtual category gives you the entire month of each race to complete your miles. You don’t need to be on the official course or hit the exact distance, just get outside, move your body, and enjoy winter on your own terms. (Though we highly recommend the course and distance whenever you can!)
You can also mix and match, joining us in person for some races and going virtual for others. If you plan to switch from virtual to in-person or vice versa for any race, just email us at least one week before that race. We are also working on a way to allow you to make these switches directly in RunSignUp for easier changes on your end. Please note: if you run the last race in the series virtually, there is a $10 shipping/handling fee for your swag. Or, if you plan on running it virtually from the start, you can sign up for the virtual series where shipping and handling is included.
Important note: running any race virtually disqualifies you from competitive awards for that race and the overall series, but you will still receive your finisher’s award.
