Ram Run 5K The original Run 5K Run/Walk was an event to help support clubs, sports, and activities at GMHS. This is a page dedicated to the years of 2008-2018.

The Ram Run 5K Run/Walk is an event to help support and raise money for Green Mountain High School sports, clubs and activities. Your registration fee of $25 includes participation in the race, post-race snacks, a commemorative t-shirt, music and entertainment, and entry into drawings for valuable prizes! Part of your fee can also be allocated to the GMHS sport, club or activity, of your choice. W

e have also included a Ram Rest option for those who can't be there, but still want to contribute to the event--you can sign up on the website to receive a t-shirt for $10 without having to run a step! Join us for a family-friendly race on a fun and challenging course. www.ramrun5k.com

Many people visit cemeteries and memorials on Memorial Day to honor and mourn those who died while serving in the U.S. Military. Many volunteers place an American flag on graves of military personnel in national cemeteries.
Memorial Day is also considered the unofficial start of summer in the United States.
