Office Assistant – Customer Service & Sales
Sculpted Ice Works | Lakeville, PA | Part-Time to Full-Time
Sculpted Ice Works is a leading provider of custom ice sculptures, ice bars, and drink luges throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. We're looking for an energetic, driven Office Assistant who takes pride in elevating the experience for both our customers and our internal team, while keeping daily operations running smoothly.
What You'll Do
This role blends office administration with customer service and sales support, including:
Managing emails, client newsletters, and incoming phone calls
Coordinating employee schedules and customer/event schedules
Processing ice block and ice sculpture orders
Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable
Overseeing and maintaining the production sheet
What We're Looking For
Required: 3+ years of office/administrative experience
Required: QuickBooks experience (proof of experience requested; certification a plus)
Required: Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
Familiarity with Canva preferred
Strong communication skills and comfort talking with customers over phone and email
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple schedules and orders at once
Some evening/weekend availability may be needed during peak wedding and event season
Schedule & Pay
Part-time or full-time available (full-time preferred)
Pay starts at $18/hour, with potential increases after the probationary period and performance review
Start date: as soon as possible following interviews
Benefits (Full-Time)
5 paid vacation days and 5 paid sick days after a 90-day probationary period

Note: regular hours may be required on other holidays at the employer's discretion

Additional Requirements
Background check required
Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance, as some local travel may be required for job-related tasks.
Proof of QuickBooks and accounts payable/receivable experience requested as part of the application process
