The Central Florida Throwdown is a grassroots CrossFit competition held in an airplane hangar that has provided you community, fitness and fun for 5 years. October 19-20, 2019

EVENT DETAILS

All divisions will compete Saturday and Sunday; everyone will complete 2 workouts plus the floater WoD on Saturday and 1 workout on Sunday. The top 10 athletes in each division will move on to a fourth and final workout to determine central Florida’s fittest.

A wonderful visit and award presentation to the Central Florida Throwdown and Anitra Goddard from the The Blended Family Foundation to recognize our support for the kids in Polk County. It was truly our honor to help and we couldn’t have done it without all the athletes that registered and participated this year. We love our fitness family!
