🐎✨ Saddle Up for NEC Open Rides! ✨🐎

Join us at The National Equestrian Center for Open Rides — the perfect chance to train, practice, and enjoy two hours in our climate-controlled indoor arenas. Registered participants receive a tack-up stall; all riders must clean up after their horses.

March 25 | June 10 & 17 | Aug. 5 & 19 | Oct. 7 & 21 | Dec. 16

🕘 Time Slots:
• 9–11 a.m.
• 11 a.m.–1 p.m.
• 1–3 p.m.
• 3–5 p.m.

Cost is $35 per pair. Participants must show a current negative Coggins report prior to unloading horses. Pre-registration is required!

Sign up for the NEC Open Rides!

Horse and rider pairs are welcome to sign up and enjoy premium riding space for a two-hour session in climate-controlled indoor arenas to train, practice and exercise. Registered participants receive a tack-up stall; all riders must clean up after their horses.

Cost is $35 per pair. Participants must show a current negative Coggins report prior to unloading horses. Pre-registration is required.

Due to the recent outbreak of Equine Herpesvirus-1 (EHV-1), a neurological form of equine influenza, the National Equestrian Center is canceling all November shows. These events will be rescheduled for a later date. NEC staff, along with equestrian centers across the country, are taking necessary precautions to address this concern. At this time, the NEC has not experienced any cases or direct concerns. This temporary pause is out of an abundance of caution and reflects our commitment to the health and well-being of the horses on our property. The NEC will continue to follow biosecurity procedures. The Buck Brannaman Clinic is now happening in the East Arena at the National Equestrian Center!

Spectator tickets are $30 per person. Admission is free for ages 12 and under, and for ages 65 and up.

📣The qualifying deadline has been extended for 2025!

Scores from Saturday, Oct. 18 will now count toward qualifying for championship classes on Sunday, Oct. 19. All championship classes will be held on Sunday. You may also add a championship test in the show office on Saturday.

Scores earned on Sunday, Oct. 19 will apply toward qualifying for 2026!
