ATTENTION TICKET HOLDERS:
All ticket holders will be receiving an email from U.S. Figure Skating to the email address provided at payment outlining the following ticket return policy. If you did not receive this email and believe you should have, contact [email protected] with your order information and a representative will respond within 48 business hours. Any additional information will be posted to the event website at www.worldsynchro2020.com/tickets.
As a result of a United States travel ban of 26 European countries and the state of New York’s restrictions on gatherings over concerns of the spread of the COVID-19 virus, U.S. Figure Skating and the International Skating Union (ISU) are unable to organize the ISU World Synchronized Skating Championships ® 2020. U.S. Figure Skating has begun issuing refunds to the credit card used for purchase. If we are unable to refund the original credit card, U.S. Figure Skating will reach out to you with next steps. A summary of your pending refund was provided in the initial email. The refund policy is below for your reference.
REFUND POLICY
- Refunds will begin processing the week of March 30. You will receive an email confirming when your refund has been processed.
- If multiple transactions/orders were placed, a separate refund will be completed for each order.
- Only the person who made the original transaction is eligible to receive the refund.
- If U.S. Figure Skating is unable to issue a refund directly to the card used at the time of purchase, a representative will contact you via this email address with additional steps.
- Any questions or concerns regarding the refund summary below must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Please allow up to 48 hours for response.
All tickets will be seated at the discretion of the organizing committee based on ticket type. Requests by seating with a group are no longer available.
