LAKE MILLS — A family from Fertile, Iowa, last year purchased The Opera House in Lake Mills, a historic building located downtown. After months of renovation, the space is now available to book for weddings, graduation parties, showers and other events.

8 Hour Rental (8AM-4PM)- $650

Rental includes:
Main Level of the Opera House (upstairs for weddings only)
Round Tables for guests (holds up to 10 guests)
Serving Tables for dessert, food, cards and gifts, tables to showcase pictures
Linens- white or black Runners- variety of colors to choose from
Access to Decor room and use of our decor (you will be responsible for the actual decorating)
Cross back wooden chairs
Photo op area
Small Kitchen Prep area- fridge, microwave
3 Bathrooms located on the main level

Optional:
Bar Available- would be an extra cost for bartender and alcohol
$100 Bartender (4 hours and can accept tips) pricing for drinks- $4 canned beer, $5 seltzers and wine, $7 cocktails
Crave Charcuterie cart with server- would be an extra cost per guest
$8/guest
Each guest will receive 2 meat options, 2 cheese options, 2 sweet accompaniments, 2 savory accompaniments, and 2 cracker options in a cute little boat created by your Crave server.
Decor consult and decorating services- decorator will meet with you to go over what you would like for decor, the venue will be completely decorated and ready to go when you arrive. would be $200 additional charge
