The Lake Mary Police Department in cooperation with the Seniors Intervention Group and Target will be having a "National Night Out' event at Central Park in Lake Mary on Tuesday, August 6th from 6 - 9 pm. There will be live music, giveaways, food trucks, games, and more! Defensive Tactics Solutions will be conducting a live self defense demonstration.

My group, Alliance 2 End Stalking and the Victim Service Center will have a booth there! Stop by and see us and learn more about stalking and victim services!

Lake Mary Police Department is offering FREE self defense classes for Women and Teens! I have personally taken this class and HIGHLY recommend!! They are full contact and practice to prepare you in case of an attack!!

Lake Mary Relay for Life upcoming Events!!!

We have some amazing fundraisers coming up this month. The first event is this Friday, March 15th at AAA. They will be hosting a Dessert Food Truck event from 11 AM - 2 PM in their Crescent Lot (west side of the building). The event will benefit the AAA Team. The three food trucks will be Sweet City Gelato, Popcorn Fix and Stay Calm Cupcakes! Please come out to support your fellow Relayers!

The next event will be our Annual Wine Tasting Fundraiser at Cork & Olive. This fun event will be on Friday, March 22nd 6 - 8 PM at the Sun Drive location of Cork & Olive. The tickets are $25 in advance and $30 at the door. If your team is interested in selling tickets as a fundraiser please contact our Fundraising Chair, [email protected] or 407-790-1675. You could earn $15 per ticket for your team! You can also pick up tickets from our Event Chair, Lisa Starr at the Lake Mary Municipal Services Complex, [email protected].
