Since we are only 5 weeks away from our festival, we will start sharing a little bit about the bands that will be playing our festival!
To kick it off we will talk about the band that will be kicking off the festival...
Creamery Station!!

Deadheads and Allman brothers fans, unite!! On the scene for over 10 years now, Creamery Station has truly found its greener pastures. After nonstop touring and a never ending list of festivals played, they have truly honed their craft and are creating an organic grassroots vibe that has been lost in recent years. Calling upon their influences such as The Grateful Dead, The Allman Brothers, Little Feat, NRPS, Bob Dylan, etc., they have begun to expand upon their jams and create unique live musical experiences full of harmony rich roots inspired songs that have stories to tell and deep jams that can bring you somewhere else entirely and back again!

With Dylan Kader on the mandolin, Jim Kader on the guitar, Hope Kader on the flute, Michael Ryan on the drums, Alex Wu on the bass, Jon Truelson on the keyboards/banjo, Don DeStefano on the harmonicas, this band has risen quickly through the ranks!
They have played venues with acts such as Marshall Tucker Band, Goose, Twiddle, Ekoostik Ho**ah, Keller Williams, Melvin Seals & JGB, Max Creek, Kitchen Dwellers, John Kadlecik Band, etc as well as done festivals from coast to coast and beyond the mainland US with a never ending list of who’s who on the jam scene!

The band has been releasing a multitude of singles and live takes throughout 2025, and are poised to release more this spring!
This eclectic, multi-genre band will deliver stellar performances that you don’t want to miss!

So be sure to catch them when they kick off our music festival at 4pm on July 11!

We are super stoked to announce that Painted by Catelyn will be returning to Rock the Dock this year!!

Catelyn will be bringing her same fantastic face and body painting skills to Rock the Dock this year, but this year she will be DONATING ALL PROCEEDS TO The Big Brothers and Big Sister program in our area!!!

So be sure to swing by her tent in the corner of the pier and get painted up with her lake-safe/biodegradable glitter during the festival for a good cause!
Not to mention everything will be only $5!!

Today I would love to tell you about the return of one of our favorite past Food Truck vendors, who is now returning as a craft vendor....

Today we want to give a HUGE shout out to John Carr and the Adirondack Pub & Brewery!

John has been a huge contributor of our festival and the Steamboat Company in general for literally decades! Every year for our festival he has donated his folding picnic tables for us and it has been a massive help for all of our hungry patrons!
He has always done so much for my family and business and always has been so kind and friendly, I cant thank him enough for all he does for us!

But John and the ADK Brew Pub has done so much for not just us, but the entire community!
Whether it be his Oktoberfest in the fall, or the Barrel Fest in the winter, or the numerous efforts he makes to support local events, John has always been one of the first person to extend a helping hand.

Inspired by the aromas and flavors of the beers John had experienced during a backpacking trip in Europe back in the 1980s, he began to brew his own beer.
After a decade of homebrewing, he felt it was time to open a brewpub in the heart of Lake George Village.
So he set out to brew an innovative, all-natural, great tasting beer with one stipulation: it had to be "drinkable on a hot, summer day on Lake George."
Well he brewed that perfect beer and then in 1999 John opened up the Adirondack Pub & Brewery, which has since became a hit with locals and tourists alike, appealing to those who enjoy drinking fresh, crisp,
locally-crafted ales and lagers!

Today we would like to welcome back one of our longest sponsors...
Common Roots Brewing Company!!

When Bert and Christian Weber brewed their first beer together in 2005, the idea for Common Roots was born! It took a few years, but in December of 2014 their idea became a reality with the original taproom was finally opened in South Glens Falls!

Since then this Brewery has literally grown by leaps and bounds and they never stopped branching out!
In March of 2019, our original brewery suffered a devastating fire, but in just over a year they were able to open up their new taproom, brewery, and restaurant in June of 2020.
But they didnt stop there!

Inspired by the generosity of the local community, they founded the Common Roots Foundation, with a mission to assist the community in times of need, support community wellness, and promote environmental stewardship.

In 2022, they acquired the property next door and built the Bierhall & Barrel House which provides storage for brewing supplies, room to grow their Wild Beer Program, and a welcoming space for Private Events!
In 2023 they started the Common Roots Coffee Company out of their mission to craft beverages that bring people together.
Also in 2023, local beer icon Neil Evans approached Bert and Christian with an offer to carry on the torch of the CH Evans Brewing Company. They were more than happy to become the next caretaker of that great family legacy at their newest Albany Outpost location!
Also over the past few years they have also branched out and started creating incredible seltzers and now in 2024 they have started producing their own Hard Cider made from NY Apples!!
I can attest to it's deliciousness first hand!

As you can see we are so proud of Bert and Christian and what their family has accomplished and are super pumped to have them back as sponsors this year of our festival!
