NEW YOGA IN THE 🌻SUNFLOWERS at Mac Market

Join us for Yoga in the Sunflowers on August 10th & 24th at located at W8046 WI-11, Delavan, WI 53115 from 4:00 to 5:00 pm. $15 per person, no need to purchase tickets ahead of time for this all level accessible class. Bring your own yoga mat & if you have yoga blocks bring them. Register in person upon arrival, you pick sunflowers and live music after yoga class.This session is 45 mins.

Bring a picnic & beverage of your choose to enjoy after yoga class! Spend the evening picking sunflowers, building a bouquet at 🌿 Flower Bar, and listening to live music featuring The Sundown Crowd at Mac’s Market! U-pick sunflower field, flower bar, and live music is from 5:00-8:00 pm.

The yoga classes I have been teaching at the Lake Geneva Library have Sold Out before I could even promote them; including the class this coming Friday.

The next Yoga on the Patio at the Lake Geneva Library is scheduled for Friday, August 18th at 9:30 AM. Visit the Lake Geneva Library Event Page after this Friday to register for the next Yoga on the Patio class.

I've been on a bit of a hiatus lately. Re-evaluating responsibilities, and passion projects to find a way back home to myself and the return to maiden name - Nancy Grebenor.

I'm still offering private yoga group sessions so feel free to contact me (minimum of 4 guests), but I needed to pause to take some time off to regroup.

I would however love for you to join me at the August 18th Yoga on the Patio Class at 9:30 AM if you can make it!--

The winter months provide an opportunity to slow down, reflect and plan new seeds to sow in the spring. Last month SO Creative, Yoga on the Go was honored to collaborate with Thrivent Financial
and the Lake Geneva Library to host my first mini retreat that offered all the above. January's mini retreat was a wonderful morning program, and I'm looking forward to hosting another for participants attending the upcoming 2023 Women's Weekend on Saturday, April 29th (more details below).

SO Creative, Yoga on the Go also hosted a Chair Yoga, Chakra & Chocolate workshop this month, and offered private in-home group sessions (minimum four people for private group sessions). Please DM me if you're interested in booking your own private one-on-one or gentle yoga group session. I'm also working on some new yoga+ workshops and coordinating my first private group program in Arizona this spring!

Registration is now live for the 2023 Women’s Weekend in Lake Geneva from Friday to Sunday, April 28th to 30th. This year's "Come Together" theme with a 60's/70's vibe will kick-off at the historic Riviera Ballroom on Friday, April 28th followed by a boat cruise on Geneva Lake, and will offer various activities such as educational workshops, wellness classes, and wine & food experiences.

Registered guests that select my groovy yoga session on Saturday, April 29th from 9:00 to 10:00 am will start their morning in a relaxing practice holding yoga poses for a longer duration using props like yoga blocks, and bolsters for support (the postures are held almost effortlessly).

After a few restorative yoga poses guests will flow into a guided meditation drawing awareness inward, and surfing between states of wakefulness and dreamyness where the body finds its natural state of equilibrium (homeostasis) as guests fall into an innate state of deep, blissful awareness.
