We’re inviting our seniors to enjoy a special day at the 2026 Florida Gateway Fair!

Join us on Sunday, November 1st for FREE ADMISSION for seniors age 65 and older! Seniors must be present at the ticket booth and show valid identification to receive free admission. Ride armbands are sold separately by the midway.

Come spend the day enjoying the rides, exhibits, entertainment, food, and all the fun the fair has to offer! 🎠✨

🇺🇸 WE REMEMBER.

Twenty-five years ago today, our country was changed forever.

At the 2001 Columbia County Fair, our community came together for a special opening ceremony honoring those who lost their lives on September 11, 2001, as well as the firefighters, law enforcement officers, and rescue personnel who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to others.

During that ceremony, a monument honoring those who lost their lives in the line of duty was unveiled at the fairgrounds.

Twenty-five years later, that monument still stands at the main entrance to the fair, in front of our flagpole. It remains a quiet reminder of the lives lost, the sacrifices made, and the courage of those who serve.

Today, as we mark 25 years since September 11, we pause to remember.

We remember those we lost.
We honor those who served.
We will never forget. 🇺🇸
