Bring history to life at the Feast of the Hunters’ Moon!
Registration is now open for two immersive educational experiences at Historic Fort Ouiatenon Park:
Special Kids’ Day
Thursday, October 22, 2026
Welcoming K–12 students enrolled in special education programs or receiving supportive services. Students can explore the Feast grounds at their own pace, meet historical interpreters, enjoy hands-on activities, and experience music, traditional crafts, and the many cultures of Fort Ouiatenon.
School Fun Day
Friday, October 23, 2026 | 9:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m.
Open to public, private, and homeschool students in grades 1–6. Students will discover the people and cultures of Fort Ouiatenon through hands-on demonstrations, traditional arts, and conversations with costumed interpreters.
School Fun Day admission is $5 per student and chaperone. Teachers and bus drivers attend free. Space is limited, and registration closes October 14 or when capacity is reached.
We are sorry to say we are aware that this year's Feast School Days falls on Fall Break for students at TSC, LSC, and LCSS. Given the difficulty we experienced in setting the date for the 2026 Feast, this was unavoidable. We are sorry, and look forward to seeing students from these districts next year!
