Armed Forces Half Marathon

The 2025 Armed Forces Half Marathon & First Responders Tobin Bolter Memorial 5K was a resounding success, with strong community support for our veterans and first responders. Representatives from the Marine Recruiting Center in Pleasant Hill, along with Marines from MOTCO Concord, joined local first responder organizations, including Pleasant Hill PD, Local Search and Rescue, Briones Cal Fire Station 19, and Concord AMR, who were all present to cheer on participants and distribute medals to finishers. A large group gathered to honor fallen officer Tobin Bolter by taking part in the 5K run/hike. A special thanks to the East Bay Regional Park District for their invaluable hands-on support during the event, as well as to our dedicated course safety team. Team Blue Sky Events, Inc. extends its heartfelt gratitude to everyone who participated, supported behind the scenes, and helped sponsor this meaningful event.
