This Tastes Funny - Comedy and Food Festival Eat Drink and be Merry at the first annual "This Tastes Funny" Comedy and Food Festival Sober event!

Joke Masters Comedy is putting on a weekend long family friendly vendor and comedy festival at the Heritage Room at the Thurston County Fairgrounds. We have local Thurston County vendors, business sponsors and food trucks taking part in this weekend. A family friendly event during the day with comedy shows in the evening.

11am-5pm is open to the community to freely walk through. This will be gr

eat advertising for all the local businesses that participate whether they are a vendor or a sponsor! In the evening we will have 2 back-to-back comedy shows as a ticketed event! 7pm and 10pm

Food trucks will be on site for food purchase as well as mocktails since this is a sober event! Joke Masters Comedy has been in business producing comedy shows for 4 years now and is a well-established brand and company. We have a large reach to thousands of views and followers on our Webpage, google business page, Instagram, Facebook and more. Furthermore, we are a local company based in Lacey with 10+ venue locations that do monthly shows spread out even out to Oregon.

Comedy is returning in October and we even are starting up at some new venues!

I'm super excited for a delicious pairing with BBQ JUNKIES BAR & GRILL in Lacey, right by the post office! They have mouth-watering BBQ and a great space for comedy shows. They will be having their first show in October - date TBA. Make sure and check them out in the meantime and show them some love online and in person!

They have live music on Fridays and Saturdays, so we will be most likely doing shows on Thursdays. How does that sound?

We wanted to thank everyone who came out to the festival last weekend! 🙏 we have some prize drawings to do still from some aqesome businesses who donated gift certificates and we will announce our next festival date soon too!

If you registered for the vendor market online or attended a comedy show you were automatically entered into the drawings!

For now Amanda Wilhelm has been busy working at the South Sound Wedding Expo so make sure and check that out at the Marcus Pavilion: Saint Martin's University !

Again the festival could not have happened without so many of you as vendors, food trucks, comedians, attendees, sponsors and support in general! We are forever grateful!
