To the incredible community of La Plata and Queen Soya sponsors,
The decision has been made to step down as Director of Queen Soya due to relocating for my new job as a 7-12 school counselor at Paris R-II. I'll forever be grateful to have served in this position with Jeana Curtis the past 5 years. It has been an honor and privilege to be part of the Queen Soya pageant, especially working every year with intelligent, driven, talented, as well as amazing contestants. Your passion and commitment have made every moment of this journey special.
The support from the community, LPC, sponsors, contestants, their families, judges, volunteers, friends, as well as family has truly been incredible. This event would not be possible without each one of you. While leaving is bittersweet, there is excitement for this new chapter and I know Queen Soya is being left in great hands under the new Director, Libby Wood.
Thank you all for the memories and unwavering support of the Queen Soya pageant. I continue to wish this event much success and best wishes for all involved in the future!
