BAND ANNOUNCEMENT!!! Anyone who has frequented our DOOM NIGHT event here in Knoxville is sure to be familiar with this band. We are beyond excited to host the Tri Cities own Sabbath Style Riff monsters, Wyndrider ( WyndRider ) on Hallowwen Night.

About The Band
WyndRider is a four-piece, stoner doom band from the mountains of East Tennessee. For fans of Black Sabbath, Mountain, Church of Misery, and Acid King, the group was founded in 2022 and has been labeled "one of the hardest working bands in the stoner doom community". In 2024, their highly praised second album, Revival, was released via Electric Valley Records (Italy). WyndRider now makes appearances at many events and festivals throughout the US and Canada, and hits the stage at Wendigo Doom Fest this Halloween.

BAND ANNOUNCEMENT!!!! Wendigo Doom Fest 2 is super excited to be hosting KY's own riff machine, StormToker ( StormToker ) on Halloween Night! These dudes are a staple of the southern doom scene, so much so, that they host their own badass doom metal fest every year, The Holler of Doom ( Holler of Doom ). We are excited for them to come tear it up with us this year .

From The Band:
Lexington, Kentucky metal band StormToker plays an eclectic blend of music styles, but are grounded by a love of thick, heavy riffs as the one constant. Four vocalists trading off lead, backing, and harmony roles, unique instruments for metal such as saxophone and synthesizers, and guitar work inspired by thrash, prog, classic rock, country, and as the band name suggests, stoner metal, doom, and sludge.

"Friendship Commanders are a heavy duo from Nashville TN. The band is songwriter/vocalist/guitarist Buick Audra and drummer/bassist Jerry Roe. Their fourth album, BEAR, was released on October 10, 2025 via their new label home, Magnetic Eye Records; The ten-track body of work was co-produced, engineered, and mixed by Kurt Ballou at his Salem, MA studio, GodCity. The project is centered around the idea of belonging—where it exists, and where it absolutely does not."

Hey everyone, it's the moment you have been waiting for!!!! We are excited to announce Wendigo Doom Fest 2 will take place will return to Barrel House (𝙱𝚊𝚛𝚛𝚎𝚕𝚑𝚘𝚞𝚜𝚎🍺 ) on Halloween Night for another epic celabration of heavy music featuring 10 bands from across the country, vendors, a costume contest, and top quality food and drink. We will be announcing bans over the next couple weeks until the final flyer reveal. We figured we would start strong with one of our Headliners, Seattle 2 Piece Doom jugernauts making their Knoxville debut, Year of The Cobra!! (Year of the Cobra )

About the Artist
Formed in 2015, Year of the Cobra became a rapidly ascending, radiant star in the horizon of the doom/stoner-scene for a reason: this powerhouse duo, consisting of Amy Tung Barrysmith (vocals/ bass) and Jon Barrysmith (drums), use their limitation in instrumentation to their advantage. Leaving space for every instrument to breathe and to shine, they create a vast, larger than life sound aesthetic. Their songs drift relentlessly from classic epic doom laments into oppressive heavy riff architecture; from catchy, almost upbeat rock moments into transfiguring psychedelia.

Hey everyone, we have some MAJOR news. Tomorrow we will be dropping the date, location, and the first headliner for Wendigo Doom Fest 2!! We can't wait for you all to see what we have cooked up for this year. And if you just can't wait until tomorrow, come say hi to me tonight at Doom Night at Pilot Light, see some killer bands, and I might just be loose lipped enough to spell the beans🤘🤘

After they blew everyone away at the festival last year, we are proud to be bring back UgaBuga ( ) to knoxville this Friday at Pilot Light🤘 This is a super stacked show. It is the debut if Knoxvilles newest Stoner Metal band Thoon, along with the EP release for Psyclops (.tn ) new cd "The Pale Horse Ep." This show is going to be a monster so come check it out🤘
