Did you know the Sunsphere has TWO private event floors available to rent? ✨

And they each offer a completely different experience.

💛 THE 8TH FLOOR
Our more intimate event space - and here's a fun fact: it is literally at the TOP of the Sunsphere! With room for up to 80 seated guests and approximately 300° views, there's something pretty special about saying you celebrated at the top of one of Knoxville's most iconic landmarks.

💛 THE 6TH FLOOR
Our large and in charge floor. 😉 With room for up to 180 seated guests and 360° views, you can look out over just about every angle of our beautiful city and the Smoky Mountains.

Is it beautiful in the fall? 🍂 Oh, yes.
Winter? ❄️ Absolutely.
Spring and summer? 🌸☀️ You bet.

Let's face it - our beautiful Sunsphere really doesn't have a bad angle. 💛

And did you know your venue rental also includes tables, Chiavari chairs, our sound system, podium and microphone, large-screen TVs, setup and cleanup time, AND an experienced professional event host?

The views may get everyone's attention, but there's a whole lot more waiting for you once you get up here. ✨

It's football season in Knoxville, and there's just something about this time of year - the orange everywhere, the energy downtown, and a whole city ready to cheer on the Vols. 🏈

And we have to say... Rocky Top looks pretty good from up here. 😉✨

☀️ It was designed as a tribute to the SUN itself!

The theme of the 1982 World's Fair was Energy Turns Our World, and the Sunsphere was created to symbolize the sun -the ultimate source of energy for life on Earth.

More than four decades later, it's still standing tall as one of the most recognizable parts of the Knoxville skyline. 💛

Knox County... how's everyone recovering this week? 📚

School is officially back, routines are changing, alarms are going off way too early again, and we're guessing there are some tired households around Knoxville right about now. ☕😂

So this week... rest. Get back into the routine. We've got this. 🙌

Because if there's one thing we know, once school starts back, the rest of the year seems to FLY.
