Knox Fit Fest is officially becoming a TWO-DAY celebration this May at Kern’s Food Hall! 💪🎉

Day 1 will bring the high-energy workouts, fitness experiences, and community celebration you already love…

And Day 2 will be all about families and kids as we introduce Knox Fit Fest: Kids Fit Edition — a day designed to get the next generation moving, playing, and experiencing the fun of fitness together.

Right now we’re securing and finalizing vendors and sponsors for both days, and we’re excited to bring together some incredible local businesses, fitness leaders, and community partners.

This is shaping up to be our biggest Knox Fit Fest experience yet.

Because of the excitement around Knox Fit Fest, we’re officially adding a SECOND DAY to the experience — designed specifically for kids and families.

💥 Knox Fit Fest: Kids Fit Edition 💥

A high-energy event focused on introducing kids to fitness, movement, and healthy living through fun activities, games, and family-friendly businesses.
